Hello! I'm Cindy.
I’m a fourth year studying Computer Science and Design at UC Berkeley. With a fine arts background and a natural curiosity for problem-solving, I bring a unique perspective where detail-oriented elegance and goal-focused efficiency coincide. Cultivating my skills through multiple internships and design leadership positions, I have developed a sharp eye for design and a passion for building meaningful experiences for innovative technology.
At Berkeley, I serve as the VP of Design at CodeBase, a student-run software development organization. This summer I had the incredible opportunity to work at Amazon as a software development engineer intern, working on the Alexa Skills team to build tools to enhance the skill building and testing experience. In the past, I've worked as a UX design intern at Cisco Systems, crafting intuitive experiences for collaborative audio and video products, as a mobile app design intern at SAP, and as a UX design intern at an information technology startup called Inpulse.
In my spare time, I love hiking, singing, songwriting, landscape painting, and curating a design collection called Big Little Features.
